All market indicators trended down this past week with the fewest number of new listings (14) in the Heights since February. Overall single-family home listings have dropped below 200 units representing just 2 months of inventory. Here’s hoping for a bunch of new listings before Thanksgiving to ease the crunch.

Dec 3rd & 4th: The 2021 Heights Holiday Home Tour will feature guided walking tours on Friday, December 3rd starting at 5:30 pm. Tours on Saturday, December 4th will be self-guided. Get all the details here.
Dec 11th: The route this year for Lights in the Heights is Euclid and Byrne Streets between Studewood and Beauchamp from 6 pm to 9 pm. Check here for the official route map showing traffic flow around the event.
